Phong s’est toujours considéré comme une fille prise au piège dans un corps de garçon. C’est en entrant à l’université à Hanoi qu’il découvre qu’il n’est pas le seul à souffrir d’une telle situation. Caméra au poing, Phong décide de changer de vie et amorce une métamorphose.
